Thinking about ordering a plant to help adorn our church this Easter?
You have the choice of
leaving your plant to be donated to a homebound member,
or taking it home after the Easter Service.

Just let us know what type and how many plants you would like, along with any
message you would like printed. Please leave this order form along with a check in Cheryl Buchan's mailbox in the church office, or mail this form to the church office at 474 Wantagh Ave, Levittown,
NY 11756.
Checks should be made out to: First Presbyterian Church of Levittown NY.
